Limping

Anyone ever woke up with a bang?
I did with my leg on the wooden leg post
Follow by the most excruciating physical pain I have ever felt. I thought I was gona pass out lol.
And the most soundless scream I have ever scream. It was early in the morning and i didnt want to wake the whole family up.
A f##### muscle leg cramp plus hitting on the leg post had me limping whole day long and I still can't walk properly.
