Its called a lab based test so naturally,  the expected answers/my answers should come from what we learnt during labs.
That looks like a hypersegmented neutrophil and this looks like a platelet.
Did we learn about those in the lab? No or maybe I don't remember.

I I I cant be sure with the answers. I mean I know the answers but it doesnt fit within of what im supposed to know. And all those facts questions, I cant recall.Causes of monocytosis? Of neutrophilia? The answerssssss are like slippery eels. I know I know I just cant recall and the cognitive part of brain is being driven by caffeine.
I shouldnt have work earlier thar day. But if I could turn back time, I will still work that day.
