Bus 184

3 different buses they took to school, 3 different girls that made up my secondary school's life(2000 to 2003) and 3 fragments of the many memories about them.

She had this skin with a healthy golden-brown tint. Her rebonded hair complimented her angel-like face features so perfectly. I really admire her qualities. On the outside, One twinkling gaze from her almond shaped eyes plus a smile with her dimples out are all it takes to melt even a stony heart. Though a little bit shorter than most of her peers, she radiates an aura of confident yet never over doing it. Inside, She is gorgeously daring, possess a gentle sense of humor and kindliness and blessed with a heart of gold. Her Intellectual ability is unquestionable. She is smart, intelligent, bright, clever, able, gifted, talented and brainy.

Have I found God's perfect creation?

When my hand accidentally brushes hers, the clock stopped ticking.

...Now, you might be thinking "WTF is this guy crapping about with all the goosebumps inducing exaggerated description of her but let me tell you this, as exaggerated as it might sound, I wrote what I truly felt after invoking memories of her. I have not seen her for more than a year and this incident occured during my freshmen year of long pants.

Time really froze, not in reality though but in my mind. If not, how else can you explain why I remembered so vividly about this little incident while I barely remember what I ate 2 weeks ago?

Snatching over a calculator our two hands accidentally met for a brief moment(I swear I got electrified). Ironically 10 fingers immediately withdrawn in awkward silence, leaving the calculator untouched. Eye contacts were made and then broken off in a split second. I can vouch that my heart literally skipped a beat. Being me, I flushed a stupid smile, grabbed the calculator and started doing what we were supposed to do with it. Everything resumed back to normal as I started bickering with another girl(Another story, another time) seated beside me.

Hmm, what happened after? My enemy made a move I can't keep up with. It pressed on and she felt the pressure and the presence of it. The facts, the numbers , the words she had to memorise just to fight it. I withnessed how she prepared herself, so much determination, so much effort put in(A pity I couldnt help). Without a doubt she scored a beautiful victory against it. But our friendship had been attenuate by time, taking away the many "what ifs" together with it. These questions will be forever lost in the sands of time.

As I wrote this down, She is now waging another battle with someone else by her side. I want to take this chance to convey my heartfelt wishes for her into text. I wish you all the best in your examinations and all future endeavours. Take care my dear friend.

Here I shall end my short tale about her. Hai,1 last note.A pity I can't describe her better, sadly my use of english is limited.
